Delivery & Collections
We have a variety of delivery options to choose from, these will vary based on the product type, delivery area and your personal delivery requirements. At SASportsGear.com we aim to get you your order as soon as possible without costing you too much, so tell us what your requirements are and we will endeavour to find the best delivery agent to accommodate them.
When you place the order you select the Standard Delivery fee based on your geographic location.

When your order goes for “Order Check” any specific delivery requirements will be quoted. Our experience is that these are best quoted on an order by order basis to get the best rate on the day between our preferred delivery agents. This is definitely beneficial for you.
Same Day; Next Day; Weekend
Same day; Next day; and Weekend deliveries will be accommodated wherever possible. Please include these requirements in your order, or pop us an email on email@example.com with your order number and the delivery will be quoted accordingly.
Heavy and Large/Extra Large Items
Heavy and Large or Extra Large items (based on volumetric weight) require special delivery and require a delivery quotation prior to finalising the order. Examples of Delivery Fees
Unless otherwise specified, free delivery offers on orders apply only to Standard Delivery of regular (not heavy; large or extra large) items to metropolitan areas.

Using your own Courier
You may arrange for your own courier or collection service to collect your order, kindly arrange this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
We only delivery products to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
Standard Deliveries of finalised orders are generally made within 2-5 working days upon acceptance and receipt of payment for your order. We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Quoted times are a guide only and while SASportsGear endeavour to meet the targeted delivery times from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery.
Changes to delivery address after dispatch of the order may result in additional courier charges.
We reserve the right to contact the customer and arrange alternative delivery method and times if your delivery address is remote or to cancel the order if the delivery is not feasible.
If you will not be accepting the delivery in person, please ensure that you include the name of authorised persons in the delivery notes section of your order and indicate this to the delivery agent when contact is made for delivery.
The delivery agent may request proof of identity of the person receiving the parcel.
The person receiving the parcel will be asked by the courier to sign the waybill indicating that the delivery has been received undamaged and in good condition.
You may collect your order when it is ready for dispatch (this can take 2-5 working days), we will notify you as soon as it is ready and confirm collection arrangements.
Collections are arranged Monday – Thursday 07:30-16:00; and Fridays 07:30-13:00 from our Offices:

We will contact you to remind you, but sometimes strange things happen and customers don’t collect! Orders not collected within 6 months of payment will be donated to an appropriate charity, unless storage costs have been incurred in which case wherever possible the item will be sold to offset that cost and the remainder donated.
Delivery does not include any installation. Talk to us about any installation requirements you have.
